New Client-Management Guarantee
Within the first 3 months of entrusting us with your property, if you bring service dissatisfaction to our Directors attention and we fail to address it within 2 business days, we will cancel our agreement if instructed, and we will refund our management fees.*
Ongoing Client-Management Guarantee
If you have brought our Directors attention to service dissatisfaction, and we fail to address any reasonable concerns within 2 business days, we will continue to manage your property and for the following calendar month you will not be charged a management fee.*
